Summarizerrrr is a browser extension that helps users summarize web content including YouTube videos, articles, and other web pages using various AI providers.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 API Keys

  • You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys from AI providers
  • You must comply with each AI provider's terms of service and usage policies
  • Keep your API keys secure and do not share them with others

3.2 Content

  • You are responsible for the content you choose to summarize
  • Do not use the Extension to summarize content that violates copyright, privacy, or other applicable laws
  • Respect the terms of service of the websites you visit

3.3 Cloud Sync (Optional)

  • If you use the Cloud Sync feature with Google Drive, you must comply with Google's Terms of Service
  • You are responsible for managing your Google account permissions

4. Intellectual Property

  • The Extension and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Summarizerrrr
  • Summaries generated are your property, subject to the terms of the AI provider used

THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • The accuracy of AI-generated summaries
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all websites or content

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE EXTENSION.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Extension at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
